1. About Parts Link Network

Parts Link Network ("PLN", "we", "us") operates a private, members-only network that facilitates communication between auto industry professionals in Australia. The network is hosted on WhatsApp and is accessible only to approved members.

2. Membership & Approval

Membership is not automatic. All applications are manually reviewed and approved at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Approved members may be removed at any time if they breach these terms.

3. No Liability for Transactions

Parts Link Network is a communication facilitator only. We are not a party to any transaction between members. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or authenticity of any goods listed or sold through the network. Members trade at their own risk. Parts Link Network accepts no liability for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising from transactions conducted through the network.

4. Member Conduct Rules

All members must comply with the following rules at all times:

• Be a legitimate, registered Australian business in the auto industry
• Act honestly and in good faith in all dealings with other members
• Do not post stolen, counterfeit, or illegal parts or goods
• Do not spam the network with irrelevant or repetitive posts
• Respect all other members — no harassment, abuse, or discrimination
• Do not share network access or invitations with non-approved members
• Comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations at all times

Breach of any rule may result in immediate removal from the network without notice or refund.

5. Free Trial & Paid Membership

Founding members receive 1 month of free access to the Parts Link Network. After the trial period, continued membership requires a paid subscription. Subscription pricing will be communicated to members prior to the end of the trial period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to members.

6. Privacy

By applying and joining the network, you consent to us collecting your name, business name, phone number, location, and email address. This information is used solely for membership management and communication purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms, conduct deemed harmful to other members, or closure of the network. Members may also cancel voluntarily by contacting us at admin@partslinknetwork.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from membership or use of the network will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the network after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify members of significant changes via the network group where practicable.
