1. About Parts Link Network

Parts Link Network ("PLN", "we", "us") operates an online auto parts marketplace that connects buyers seeking auto parts with verified sellers including mechanics, wreckers, and auto parts traders across Australia.

2. Buyer Terms

Buyers may post parts requests at no cost. By submitting a request, you authorise Parts Link Network to distribute your contact details to subscribed sellers who may be able to supply the requested part. Your details will not be publicly displayed and will only be shared with verified, subscribed sellers.

Parts Link Network does not guarantee that a seller will be found for every request, and does not guarantee pricing, availability, or condition of any parts.

3. Seller Terms

Sellers must register and be approved before receiving part supply requests from Parts Link Network. Sellers supply parts to Parts Link Network — not directly to buyers. Sellers supply parts to Parts Link Network only and do not interact with buyers directly. Seller subscriptions are subject to the following:

• A free trial period is offered to new sellers — duration at our discretion
• After the trial, continued access requires a paid monthly or annual subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to cancel seller access for breach of these terms

4. No Liability for Transactions

Parts Link Network facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers only. We are not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, authenticity, or fitness for purpose of any parts. All transactions are conducted between buyer and seller directly. Parts Link Network accepts no liability for any loss, damage, dispute, or claim arising from any transaction.

5. Seller Conduct

Sellers must at all times:

• Represent their business honestly and accurately
• Not list stolen, counterfeit, or unroadworthy parts
• Comply with all applicable Australian consumer law and regulations
• Not contact buyers directly under any circumstances — all buyer communication is handled by Parts Link Network
• Not share any Parts Link Network supply request information with third parties

6. Privacy

Buyer information is collected for the purpose of fulfilling parts requests. Buyer details are never shared with sellers. By submitting a request, buyers consent to Parts Link Network sourcing and fulfilling their request. Seller information is collected for account management. 7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user at any time for breach of these terms or conduct we deem harmful to the marketplace. Users may cancel seller subscriptions at any time by contacting admin@partslinknetwork.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified to registered sellers by email.
